Emily Rose Mowrey
I grew up in Whatcom County, then studied Politics and Constitutional Law at Whitman College. After Whitman, I returned to my hometown of Bellingham and began work as a paralegal. It was there that I discovered how much I love not just the study of law, but also legal work and helping clients solve their legal problems. So, I decided to pursue my law degree and a career as an attorney.
I studied law through the Washington State Bar Association Law Clerk Program, a four-year-long legal clerkship and law school curriculum administered by the Washington State Bar Association as a fulfillment of the requirements to take the Washington State Bar Exam. While completing my law school program, I also worked full time as a law clerk at the law firm of Britain & Vis PLLC in Bellingham.
After seven years at Britain & Vis, I founded Limitless Law PLLC. In addition to working in local law firms since 2007, I serve as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Whatcom Community College. When I’m not helping my clients prevent their legal problems before they even start, I stay active by playing rugby, indoor soccer and doing Crossfit, as well as spending time with my fiancee and my corgi mix, Nellie.
